AlgoAutomationIndia is an algorithmic trading software and automation company. We provide:

• Ready-made algorithmic trading bots for Indian and international markets
• Custom trading strategy automation services
• Broker API integration support for Zerodha, Fyers, Upstox, Dhan, Shoonya, Kotak Neo, ICICI Direct, XTS API, IBKR, MT4, MT5, and others
• MQL5 programming for Forex trading bots

AlgoAutomationIndia is NOT a SEBI-registered investment advisor, stockbroker, or financial planner. Everything on this website — including products, descriptions, performance data, and any communication from our team — is for educational and software purposes only.

• We do not provide buy/sell recommendations for any security, commodity, or currency.
• Past performance of any bot or strategy shown on our website does not guarantee future results.
• Trading in financial markets (stocks, options, forex, commodities) involves substantial risk of loss.
• You are solely responsible for all trading decisions made using our software.
• Please consult a SEBI-registered financial advisor before investing or trading.

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways. We do not store your card or UPI details.
• Upon successful payment, you will receive a license key and download link via email within 24 hours.
• For custom bot orders: 50% advance payment is required to begin development. Remaining 50% is due after live VPS testing and your approval.
• Monthly rental bots are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time before the next billing cycle.

• Ready-made bots (lifetime license): No refunds once the license key or source code has been delivered, as the product is a digital download.
• Monthly rental bots: No refunds for the current billing period. You may cancel before the next renewal.
• Custom strategy bots: The 50% advance is non-refundable if work has already commenced. If we are unable to deliver the agreed bot, a full refund of the advance will be issued.
• Exception: If a product is materially different from its description, contact us within 7 days and we will review your case individually.

To raise a refund request, email us at support@algoautomationindia.com with your order number.

When you purchase a bot or software product from us, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use it for your own trading only.

• You may NOT resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the product with any third party.
• You may NOT reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from our products without written permission.
• Each license is for one user/one trading account unless otherwise specified in the product description.
• Violation of these terms will result in immediate license termination without refund.

• All purchased products include lifetime free support via WhatsApp and email.
• Free updates are provided when broker APIs change and require bot modifications.
• Support hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM IST.
• We aim to respond to all support queries within 24 hours on business days.
• Support does not include training on how to trade or investment advice.

By purchasing and using our products, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that:

• Algorithmic trading carries significant financial risk including total loss of invested capital.
• You have tested and verified the bot strategy in a paper trading or demo environment before live deployment.
• You understand the risks of automated trading and accept full responsibility for all outcomes.
• AlgoAutomationIndia is not liable for any trading losses, missed trades, technical failures, broker downtime, or internet connectivity issues.
• Market conditions can change and no algorithm guarantees profits.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AlgoAutomationIndia shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from use of our products.
• Trading losses of any amount resulting from using our bots or strategies.
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.
• Technical failures of third-party broker APIs or trading platforms.

Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product in question.

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password.
• You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and purchase our products.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
• One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to abuse offers or discounts is prohibited.

All content on algoautomationindia.com — including text, images, logos, bot source code, MQL5 scripts, and product descriptions — is the intellectual property of AlgoAutomationIndia.

• You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without written permission.
• Bot source code delivered to you remains under our copyright. Your license is for personal use only.
• The AlgoAutomationIndia name and logo are our trademarks.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

We will always attempt to resolve disputes amicably before any legal proceedings.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
